One of the most popular areas of tattooing these days is lower back tattooing. I have seen so many girls with tattoos on the small of their back that it truly shows off well. I have seen girls wear flowers, boyfriend names, and many other types of tattoos on their lower backs.
The reason that girls do it is because they want to show off. Now if you put this together with why girls wear short jeans, super short shorts, small shirts and what not. That is the only reason I can seem to come up with because I have asked girls before that wear tattoos on their lower backs and they said they wear short clothes to show off their tattoos. Nothing wrong with that obviously, it's the current popular trend that is going on.
The tattoos are located small of the back or on top of the buttocks. Having the types of tattoos that girls wear on their back, it is very easy to realize what type of tattoos girls are wearing, which when males look at the girls backs, they get turned on. That is how girls get the type of guys they want; they lure them by their feminine charm. Males get the 'sensual' type of feeling when they look at girl's backs and their tattoos, which helps females.
It truly is easy to understand why they are so popular these days. There are only a few places on a women's body that are sensual and attractive and women try to expose them as much as possible. Some of the most sensual and most attractive places on a women's body are the neck, lower back. One of the main reasons why lower back tattoos have gained such popularity is due to the fact that how easily you can hide them and how easy you can expose them. It truly makes it really easy on a women's body to hide and expose. Hide your tattoo by wearing something long or expose it by the cowgirl style. o Some of those girls that get tattoos and are religious, you can get a cross tattoo on your back to symbolize whatever you want.

o Another one of the main attractive tattoos that is popular these days. Some of the girls express their love for animals, nature and all of that jazz.
- Tribal Designs
o Are one of the most common lower back tattoo designs that you can really see on a women's lower back. I will have you know that some of the common used tribal designs are stars, moon, celtic style, sun and many more. It is good to understand that many tribal designs are an inspiration from Polynesia.
Regular women aren't the only ones with tattoos on their backs, there are Celebrity's that have tattoos on their body as well, specifically lower backs as well such as:

I'm going to remind you one more time that think before you come to final decision. Your tattoo is going to be on your forever, so you best make sure you get a tattoo that you really like and are going to keep it for a good while. Although there are tattoo removal shops out there, what's the point of getting a tattoo, going through the pain as well as spending all of that money only to go to a removal shop and to get it removed. Know what I mean?
Another thing I would like to warn you about is that you should wear loose clothes after you get a new tattoo on your lower back. Why? Reason being is that you don't want it to run against your new tattoo and cause un-necessary damage to it. If you do wear loose clothes, you will only be making the design artists job a tab bit easier and in return, you will get a better design to show off. Just let the tattoo heal for a few hours-to-days and you should be just fine.
